Group photo helper
Please ask for any photos you want during the day and urge your guests to do the same!
People often apologise when asking for photos, but it's what we're there for, to capture as many memories as possible so please, never apologise for asking!
Your group photos are important, you want to make sure you have a memory encapsulated with your as many people as possible forever; but, don't go crazy; you get one wedding day and I promise you the group photos aren't the most exciting part of it.
I suggest keeping your groups to a minimum so you can spend more time enjoying your cocktail hour, over spending 10 minutes finding & waiting for those family members who have managed to sneak away to the bar!
Do you need all those groups?
We're not scary..
Getting the first photos of both of you, newly married and overflowing with love; it's really important and it needs time.
We are always flexible; and are happy do them whenever, but please do consider when you might fit them in with your order of the day so you can give them the time they deserve.
Similar to the earlier tip, group photos, we want to get you through them as fast as possible so we can get you back to mingling with your guests.
Something that will help this is having someone (probably the one who knows the most people!) to grab who needs to be in the photos next.
I will ask you for a photo list, but please remember when I'm calling out names.. I don't know who Linda is!!
